Service Description

Experience group therapy sessions focused on promoting mental well-being. Our expert counsellor will guide you through your thoughts and emotions, helping you find clarity and understanding. Sessions are £25 per person, are in person only and ideal for 3 people or more. Please Note: Dates and times you book are your preferred dates and times, these are not guaranteed. The counsellor will reach out to confirm your booking, sending you a booking confirmation email including the initial assessment and further instruction.
