At Elevate, we aim to support your journey, help you find inspiration to achieve your goals and manage any situations that you are currently experiencing now, or may experience in the future. Together, we can find the path to a positive mental wellbeing.

How We Work
Initial Assessment/Registration
This is sent as a Microsoft Form after you have booked your initial session. This helps us start to build a picture about you and how we may be able to help you progress in your journey.

Review Assessment, Registration and Goal Setting
This is done in the first session we have. We will review your assessment, get you registered with us to enable us to deliver counselling, let you know what counselling is and what it isn't and set what goals you are looking to achieve at the end of the sessions.

Counselling Sessions
Based on your assessment, we will discuss the length of therapy required and whether it's short term (6-12 weeks) or whether it's long term (12 weeks+). You can end your sessions with us at any time but please let us know in advance of your last anticipated session so we may conclude your therapy.

Close/End of Counselling
This can be the difficult part for most clients, but when we have agreed that you are ready to move forward on your own we will have a conclusion session of your therapy.
But don't worry, you are always welcome to come back should you feel you need to.
