All data collected via the website and by the counsellors is lawfully collected with consent from the individual. Utilising any of the contact methods on this website constitutes your agreement to share your data.

Data will not be shared with any external party unless required as stipulated by the counselling contract.

Data Retention Period
Data will be retained for 3 years after the last session is attended. Data will then be securely destroyed.

Security Measures
All data is secured on a locked and encrypted laptop only accessible by the counsellor via authentication and password. Paper documents are stored in a lockable cabinet of which only the counsellor has a key to access the information.
