Refund Policy

Elevate Counselling do not provide refunds for our services. Any appointment booked must be paid for upfront or on the day of the appointment. Should you wish to move your appointment this can be done free of charge. If the appointment moves multiple times we reserve the right to keep the original payment and request additional payment for any additionally booked sessions.

Should a client cancel, this is at their own risk and no refunds will be given for cancellations.

Should you be unhappy with the services provided, please speak to the Counsellor directly and a resolution can be reached between both parties.
